४. AGM Notice नियम

मराठी

AGM ची नोटीस प्रत्येक सभासदाला वेळेत देणे आवश्यक असते. नोटीसमध्ये सभेची तारीख, वेळ, ठिकाण आणि विषयसूची स्पष्ट नमूद केलेली असावी.

५. AGM Quorum

सभा वैध होण्यासाठी आवश्यक सभासदांची किमान उपस्थिती म्हणजे कोरम (Quorum). कोरम पूर्ण नसल्यास सभा पुढे ढकलली जाऊ शकते.
