Appendix 14 नामनिर्देशन फॉर्म कसा भरावा?

नामनिर्देशनासंबंधी महत्त्वाचे नियम:

• वाट्यांची टक्केवारी 100% असणे बंधनकारक: सर्व नॉमिनींच्या वाट्यांची बेरीज बरोबर १००% हवी.
• नामनिर्देशन बदलता किंवा रद्द करता येते: सदस्य कोणत्याही वेळी नवीन फॉर्म भरून पूर्वीचे नामनिर्देशन बदलू शकतो.
• Nominee म्हणजे अंतिम मालक नाही: नॉमिनी (Nominee) ही फ्लॅटची अंतिम मालक नसते. ती फक्त एक विश्वस्त (Trustee) म्हणून मालकी सांभाळते. अंतिम मालकी मृत्युपत्र (Will) किंवा वारसा कायद्यानुसारच निश्चित होते.
